This website is owned and operated by World Nuclear Fuel Market (“WNFM”).  WNFM requires that all the visitors to our website and all attendees at WNFM’s annual meeting adhere to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). By accessing the site or attending any WNFM conference you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or attend any WNFM conference.

1. Use of Site. You may not modify, alter, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell the materials on this site without WNFM’s express written consent. WNFM may modify or remove any materials at any time without notice.  By using this website you agree not to interfere, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts that use this website or any other computer network. You further agree not to disseminate, store or transmit viruses, Trojan horses or any other malicious code or program or engage in any other activity deemed by us to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of these Terms.
2. Third Party Materials.  WNFM is not responsible for any materials provided by or presented by any third-party presenter at any WNFM annual meeting (“Third Party Materials”).  Any views, opinions or information in the Third Party Materials are solely the views, opinions or information of the author and do not reflect the views or opinions of WNFM.  You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Third Party Materials.
3. Materials.  All works of authorship, presentations, handouts, and the information and opinions that may be contained therein, whether provided on this website or at any WNFM annual meeting, including Third Party Materials, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Materials.” 
4. License to Publish Speaker Presentations.   All presenters at WNFM’s annual meeting acknowledge and agree that WNFM may publish any presentations shared at such annual meetings on the WNFM website and expressly grant WNMF a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid up right to publish, share and use such presentations and any intellectual property therein.  
5. Privacy. WMNF’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal information and protect your privacy when you use our website or when you register for or attend WNFM’s annual meeting.  You agree that we can use such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you object to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use this website.
6. Accessibility. From time to time this website may be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including, without limitation: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs; or (iii) causes beyond our control or which are not reasonably foreseeable.  You agree that you have no right to access the website or the Materials at any specific time.  WNFM may add or remove functionality, features or Materials at any time or may make certain Materials available only to members of WNFM.  
7. Ownership of Intellectual Property.  Using our website or attendance at our annual meeting does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content you access or any of the Materials.  Trademarks, service marks and logos ("Trademarks") used and displayed on this website or at the annual meeting are owned by WNFM or others. Under no circumstances may you use or copy any of the Trademarks. Nothing herein should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Site. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Trademarks, brand names, logos, or use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Trademarks.  If this website contains a download link, WMNF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revokable license to use the downloadable materials subject to these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time.  All other copyrightable works of authorship belong to WNFM and may not be used without WMNF’s express written permission.  Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties. WNFM AND ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PRESENTERS PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WNFM AND ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PRESENTERS DO NOT WARRANT THE MATERIALS WILL BE ERROR FREE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF MATERIALS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WNFM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE MATERIALS AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WNFM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE MATERIALS OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, ANY CHANGES TO OR INACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE.   
10. No Legal Advice.  WNFM does not provide legal advice.  You are responsible for complying with whatever laws or regulation apply to your use of the Materials or access to this website.  
11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend WNFM, its members, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any action, cause, claim, damage, debt, demand or liability, including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, asserted by any person, arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of any of these Terms; (b) your use of this website or any Materials; or (c) your use of any Third Party Materials
12. Amendment. WNFM reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to or amend these Terms. Your access to or use of the website or Materials after the date such amended terms are delivered to you or after the date they are posted on the Site shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such amended terms.
13. Waiver. No waiver of any term, provision or condition of these Terms, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, shall be deemed to be, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other term, provision or condition hereof, whether or not similar, nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver of any such term, provision or condition hereof. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.
14. Severability. If any of these Terms is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, then the applicable Term will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the other provisions will remain fully effective and enforceable.  If a particular Term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other Terms.
15. Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without reference to conflicts of laws.  
16. Forum. All actions, claims or disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall exclusively be brought in the federal or state courts in the State of Georgia, United States. By using this website or the Materials, you irrevocably submit and consent to the exercise of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction by the federal and/or state courts in the State of Georgia, United States, and irrevocably waive any and all objections which you may now or hereafter have to the jurisdiction and venue of any such suit, action or proceeding brought in any such federal or state court in the State of Georgia, United States.
